- Code of conduct, professional responsibilities and core values of the profession.
- Florida Statutes 455 and 473 and Florida Administrative Code 61H1.
- How legislation often affects Florida licensees.
- Practice and compliance issues, such as independence, and how they affect ethical conduct.

** FICPA Exam Retake Policy - The FICPA allows the user to retake the final exam two times if needed. However, the course/final exam must be finished one year from date of purchase.
The Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: NASBARegistry.org.
