The Florida CPA/PAC is an entity completely separate from the FICPA. The Florida CPA/PAC is supported solely by the voluntary contributions of members of the FICPA and others. The Florida CPA/PAC is registered as a corporation with the Florida Division of Corporations and as a Committee of Continuous Existence with the Division of Elections within the Florida Department of State. The FICPA Peer Review Acceptance Committee is an appointed committee at the recommendation of the FICPA Peer Review staff and the Committee’s current Chair and Vice Chair. To be considered for this committee you must be an active peer reviewer that has performed a large enough sample of peer reviews at the Team Captain or Review Captain level to enable staff and committee leadership to review your performance history. The Committee must have a majority of its members team captain qualified.
The FICPA Peer Review Executive Committee is a subset of the Peer Review Acceptance Committee and is an appointed committee by FICPA staff and the current Committee Chair. Appointment to this committee can only be from current Peer Review Acceptance Committee members.
