About The Instructor
Dr. Nickell is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Masters of Accountancy program at Stetson University where she teaches courses in financial reporting, auditing, forensic accounting, and business valuation. Her research has been published in top accounting journals, most often employing a behavioral lens to explore accounting issues related to fraud, auditing, and professional skepticism. As a result, her work is situated at a nexus of accounting/auditing practice, organizational justice, and the psychological factors that influence critical outcomes.
