About The Instructor
Since 1991, Manny has provided tax compliance and planning services to clients in various industries, such as financial institution, restaurants, wholesale and distribution, and technology. He has experience providing international tax planning services to corporations, foreign nationals, and expatriates.Manny also focuses on corporate tax accounting issues (ASC 740), an area that he dealt with extensively during his 10 years of corporate tax experience at several prominent South Florida companies.
A graduate of the University of Miami, Manny presents at continuing professional education seminars and has been an instructor for Becker CPA Review. He has also been an adjunct professor in the Florida International University School of Accounting, where he earned his Masters of Science in Taxation.
