About The Instructor

Dave Stoddard Graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy, Class of 1970 Aviator, Antisubmarine Warfare Specialist (20 yrs) Retired 1990 from active duty (20 yrs, Rank CDR.) Computer Systems and Programming (21 yrs) Contract Administration and Management (8 yrs) Experience (1990 present) President of DVS Systems, specializing in Rapid Application Development software design for Windows using Pascal, C, C++, Windows, DBASE, HTML, and major database languages. Network and communications experience includes installation and testing of Windows for Workgroups, Windows NT, and Unix for small business users. Company products include commercial software for Aviation, Railroads, Insurance and Service related companies. Other services include PC hardware, software training, and consulting. Computer experience includes in-depth utilization of the following business software applications: Management, Awards Senior Officer in charge of several government organizations responsible for direct liaison and major contract administration with civilian organizations, including IBM and Sikorsky aircraft. Chief test pilot for the first delivery of the SH60B Lamps helicopter to the Navy. Supervised all planning, publication, and training requirements for the introduction of the SH60F helicopter to the Navy (a derivative of the SH60B). Awards include two Presidential level awards (Highest possible) for software which saved over $9.2 Million. Our Custom software user base includes CSX, Union Pacific, Chevron, Exxon, and several other small business enterprises the US.
