About The Instructor

Victor Coppola is CEO of P. I. Associates, a consulting firm focused on helping enterprises maximize the benefits of their most valuable resource, people. He specializes in assisting growing, changing and restructuring enterprises, to develop solutions to the human resources and other financial and business challenges necessary to achieve their goals. Vic provides expertise and counsel, for people decisions, executive coaching and recruiting, capital raising, strategic planning, finance, marketing and sales, and managing change. His background includes over 20 years as a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers f/k/a Coopers & Lybrand, including 12 years on Firm Council, an elected group of 100 Partners responsible for governance and other critical areas of the Firm's management. As National Chairman of Middle Market Business Services, he directed programs and training for the Firm's 100 domestic offices and provided counsel to various international practices. He was the partner in charge of the Philadelphia office's Middle Market Group, an 80-person team, and Managing Partner of the Baltimore office. In the New York office, the Firm's largest, as a human resource partner he designed and implemented organizational changes that became a prototype for transformations in other large offices of the firm. As Executive Vice President of Right Associates, a publicly traded international career management consulting firm, he was responsible for identification and growth of change agement, organizational development and team building consulting capabilities in twelve offices with over 150 professionals in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington, DC. Vic has extensive experience consulting with private and public companies in a wide variety of enterprises, including manufacturing, financial services, real estate, technology, merchandising and various service businesses. He has helped prepare start-ups, entrepreneurial, rapid-growth and venture capital-backed companies go public and for other major transitions. Vic has served as an advisory board member of several public and privately held companies with sales up to $350 million. These enterprises include prestigious global consulting firms and a large manufacturing and distribution company.
