About The Instructor
Gantt Financial Group is a 12 member team that customizes Holistic Financial Planning & strategies as a group for their clients. Ben joined the Gantt Financial Group in 2020. Originally licensed in 1992, he worked with Prudential, New York Life, Green Tree Financial, Nationsbank/Bank of America, Tallahassee State Bank/Synovus, Hancock Whitney before joining Gantt.
His nonprofit board service includes Big Brothers -- Big Sisters, 2-1-1 Big Bend, Turn About, Leadership Tallahassee, Sunrise Rotary, Capital City Kiwanis, Keep Tallahassee/Leon County Beautiful, INIE - the Institute for Nonprofit Innovation & Excellence, UPHS -- the United Partners for Human Services, TalTech Alliance, NEBA -- the Network of Entrepreneurs & Business Advocates. He is founder & organizer for the Tallahassee Beer Festival -- a UPHS fund-raising event that brings over 100 breweries to the Civic Center and raises over $50k annually for nonprofits.
He's a regular speaker at the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at Florida State University at the Small Business Executive Program on Cyber Security.
He's been married 27 years, and has a 22 & a 16 year old son. He's a avid Rucker and participates most days in F3 workouts.
