Jeff is a Managing Director in the Orlando office for Protiviti. Jeff is a CPA with over 30 years of accounting and audit experience providing extensive internal audit, SOX, and risk assurance leadership to multiple public and private companies. Jeff has provided clients business advisory services, corporate governance, internal and external audit, and risk consulting services while at Protiviti and a Big 4 accounting firm. Additionally, Jeff's previous role was in Internal Audit and Financial Reporting for a Fortune 100 company.Jeff is a leader in our Florida Internal Audit Practice responsible for leading many internal audit and SOX engagements throughout Protiviti for numerous SEC clients. In addition, Jeff is a frequent speaker regarding internal audit, SOX, COSO, and corporate governance.
