About The Instructor
Brandon graduated cum laude from Georgia State College of Law in 1999 and received his MBA in the same year. Building on his experience with the Georgia Department of Revenue, Brandon was hired by Deloitte for the State and Local practice first in Atlanta and then in Tampa before moving on to work with smaller specialty firms.With over 20 years of tax experience, Brandon has performed a wide variety of SALT functions in numerous state and local jurisdictions including sales tax due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, sales and use tax audit defense, Florida Certified Audits, reverse sales tax audits, voluntary disclosures, nexus studies, taxability analyses, revenue ruling requests, tax position papers, and state tax credits.
