About The Instructor
Joy Block-Gonzalez is a vice president of finance and chief accounting officer at AdventHealth. Prior to joining AdventHealth in 2013, Joy served as an audit partner at Deloitte, where she worked for 19 years. Upon joining AdventHealth, Joy implemented and led the finance shared services team. Since then, she has led various finance teams, including internal audit, reconciliation services, net revenue accounting, reimbursement, grants administration, and financial reporting.
