Paulette Haban, an accomplished professional, has held significant roles in the field of Human Resources. Since December 2022, she serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at agilon health which is headquartered in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining agilon health, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Exactech and has held leadership roles in companies like Johnson & Johnson, The Walt Disney Company and a number of healthcare and manufacturing organizations. She has a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing HR transformation, outsourcing, cost analysis, vendor research and selection with the ability to optimize operations while delivering both an engaged employee base and a positive contribution to the business' bottom line.
