About The Instructor
Tara Blythe serves as Chief People Officer for Infotech, Inc., a pioneer of innovation providing software solutions that advance and automate construction. In this role she leads organizational development, people operations, innovation and communications helping to cultivate the people-centric culture that has been present since its founding.Tara holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as degrees in Business Management, Psychology and Human Resources culminating in a Ed.S. in Leadership and Organizational Development. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in the areas of organizational strategy and workforce development. As an organizational development practitioner with experience across industries, she is an accomplished facilitator, curriculum designer, adjunct faculty, and consultant specializing in people operations, leadership, innovation, change management and strategic planning.
