About The Instructor
Elzar is a Managing Director in the National Risk and Advisory Services - Cybersecurity Practice for CBIZ Inc. with 20 years of experience as a global security leader and advisor to U.S. ambassadors, foreign governments, and executive leadership.Elzar brings a wide range of consulting, program management, and international cyber and physical security experience across multiple sectors. Prior to joining CBIZ, he held the position of Global Head of Protective Service at SAP and spent 12 years as a U.S. Diplomat and Federal Law Enforcement Official with the U.S. Department of State. In his tenure with the Department, Elzar led global cyber insider threat initiatives, counterterror and counterespionage operations, and investigations, as well as information security programs at multiple U.S. embassies and consulates.
