About The Instructor
Cigdem Oktem serves as Region Leader for EY's Center for Board Matters. In her role, Cigdem brings insights on governance trends and practices to boards, committees and executives. She has been a trusted advisor to leaders and led research on various aspects of governance, strategy and finance for nearly two decades.
