About The Instructor
Jason Lardiere is a Senior Manager in Crowe's Accounting Advisory practice and has over 9 years of public accounting and industry experience. He specializes in accounting for complex technical accounting topics including business combinations and variable interest entities. During his career, Jason has provided accounting advisory services to both public and private companies in a variety of industries. He assisted in the design of Crowe's variable interest entity audit and accounting advisory tools used to ensure proper application of ASC 810-10 and was a contributor on Crowe's Practice Aid for accounting for equity investments in income tax credit programs published in March 2024.Jason has worked with clients on a variety of accounting challenges including opening balance sheet walkacross schedules, accounting memos under ASC 805 for business combinations, accounting memos under ASC 810-10 for consolidations, financial statement disclosures, purchase price allocation, and journal entry assistance.
