Dee Anna Hays is a Shareholder attorney in Ogletree Deakins' Tampa office. She is Board Certified in labor and employment law by the Florida Bar. Dee Anna represents businesses across many industries in a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including employment litigation defense, investigations, workplace safety and health (OSHA), traditional labor relations (staying union-free), unfair competition and trade secrets litigation, and advising and counseling employers on workplace legal compliance issues. She is also a nationally recognized speaker and author on labor and employment law issues.
Dee Anna is the State Director of Legislative Affairs for the HR Florida State Council and is a member of HR Tampa. She has also served as legal counsel for HR Florida. In her spare time, Dee Anna enjoys running, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
