About The Instructor
Tina is a dynamic health care revenue cycle executive and currently leads RSM's national revenue integrity practice. She has over 20 years of leadership and process improvement experience in revenue cycle, driving large transformation and optimization engagements across large health care and academic medical facilities, including physician practices and behavioral health. She is well versed in optimizing and implementing EHRs and practice management systems, particularly in driving adoption with Providers and creating efficiencies. Tina has held leadership positions with payers, providers, health care technology vendors and consulting firms and is passionate about Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (CDI).
