About The Instructor
James Sutton is both a CPA and Attorney whose practice area is almost exclusively Sales and Use Tax Controversy. His law firm handles audits, protests, petitions for reconsideration, litigation, appellate litigation, collections, consulting, voluntary disclosures, criminal defense, as well as multistate sales and use tax issues. Mr Sutton has been a speaker for the FICPA for more than a decade and is the chairman of the state tax committee for the FICPA.
