We offer you security in knowing our insurance and benefit plans are created for you as an alternative to what can be a risky market.

FICPA's Term Life Insurance Program

You now have the opportunity to takeING advantage 
of a special life insurance offer made available through the FICPA and ReliaStar Life Insurance Company. Coverage under the Affinity Plus Individual Yearly Renewable Term Life Insurance Plan includes a benefit that waives the premium if you become disabled, doubles the death benefit if you die as a result of an accident, and includes a special benefit for terminal illness. (All benefits subject to policy provisions). Other benefits include the following: 

  • A spouse can apply for coverage even if you choose not to.

  • A non-tobacco user may apply for up to $2,000,000 by providing proof of good health satisfactory to the insurer (up to $500,000 for tobacco users).

  • Coverage may not be canceled for any health reason.

  • You own the policy because this is individual, not group, coverage. You can use it for collateral assignment and even transfer ownership.

  • You can apply for a children's rider on this policy.

Health Insurance

FICPA Health Benefits Plans

The FICPA Health Benefits Plans offers individual and group health insurance designed to provide you with customized coverage's at the best possible rates for your firm. In response to the often complex and expensive health care market, the FICPA established this program as a service to its members and the employees of their firms-whether in public or private practice. The health insurance policies offer the choice of a PPO or an HMO.  New small group health insurance policies for firms with less than two employees or owners are available only during the open enrollment month of August.

Professional Liability Insurance

The FICPA offers coverage limits and options highly responsive to the liability risks faced by firms of all sizes. 
CNA Insurance Company
Continental Casualty Company, one of the CNA Insurance Companies, is the plan underwriter and is the industry leader in professional liability insurance with more than 30 years of experience. The plan is administered by Aon Insurance Services, whose extensive national network of local plan representatives offer you the best possible service and responsiveness.

  • Coverage limits up to $10 million (for qualified firms);

  • Prior acts coverage;

  • Extended reporting periods; and

  • A wide range of deductibles.


Long Term Care Insurance

You, your family and employees are eligible for guaranteed renewable coverage with a variety of benefits at special premiums. This program is underwritten by Great American Life Insurance Company. For more information, call (888) 707-CARE or go to www.ltc202.com.

Long Term Disability Insurance

The FICPA provides a Long Term Disability Insurance program through Professional Benefits, Inc. Members can request information on coverage available through UnumProvident Insurance Company or Standard Insurance Company. Individual and group disability coverage is offered, subject to underwriting. Limits up to $20,000/month are available with options for “own occupation” protection, guaranteed renewability/premiums, future insurance options and Cost of Living Adjustments.
